These terms govern purchases from Stratia Studio at stratiastudio.com. By buying from our store, you agree to them.

1. What you're buying

Our products are digital downloads: each purchase gives you a ZIP file containing a single-file HTML application plus a README. There is no physical shipment. After payment is confirmed, your download is available instantly on the checkout confirmation page, in your account (if you created one), and via the download link emailed to you.

2. License

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your own personal or business purposes, on as many of your own devices as you like.

You may not: resell, redistribute, share, or publish the app files (free or paid); include them in another product or bundle; or attempt to misrepresent them as your own work.

3. Compatibility & requirements

Our apps run in any modern web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) on computer, tablet, or phone. They work fully offline after download. We do not guarantee compatibility with outdated browsers.

4. Refunds

Because our products are instantly downloadable digital goods, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded — except when the product is technically defective or substantially different from its description. In that case, contact us within 14 days of purchase: we will first try to fix the issue, and if we can't, we will refund you in full.

If you haven't downloaded the file yet and change your mind, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.

5. Support

If you have trouble opening or using a product, contact us through the shop's contact page or by replying to your order email. We provide support for installation and usage questions; we do not provide custom development.

6. Pricing & payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). We may change prices at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is processed securely by PayPal. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout based on your location.

7. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details private. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or license abuse.

8. Intellectual property

All app files, designs, listing images, and site content are the property of Stratia Studio and are protected by copyright law. The license in section 2 is the only right granted to you.

9. Limitation of liability

Our apps are provided "as is". While we test every product thoroughly, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data loss. Our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
