Your purchase
What exactly am I buying?
A digital download: a ZIP file containing a single-file HTML application plus a short README. There is no physical product and nothing to install — the app runs in your web browser.
How do I download my purchase?
Instantly after payment. Your download link appears on the order confirmation page, is emailed to you, and stays available in your account under Downloads (if you created one). Save the file somewhere safe — you can re-download it anytime from your account.
Is there a subscription or monthly fee?
No. You pay once and the app is yours forever. No renewals, no lock-in, no hidden costs.
Using the app
How do I open the app?
Extract the ZIP, then double-click the HTML file — it opens in Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari. On a phone or tablet, open the file in your browser and use "Add to Home Screen" for app-style access. Full instructions are in the README included with every download.
Do I need an internet connection?
Only to download the file. After that, the app works 100% offline.
Which devices and browsers are supported?
Any modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) on computer, tablet, or phone. The apps are phone-first with large tap targets, so they feel natural on mobile.
Where is my data saved?
On your own device. Everything you enter is stored locally in your browser — we never see it, collect it, or have access to it.
Can I use the app on multiple devices?
Yes. Your license covers all of your own devices — just copy the file to each one. (Note: data does not sync between devices automatically; each device keeps its own copy.)
Policies
What is the refund policy?
Because our products are instantly downloadable, sales are final once downloaded — except if the product is defective or substantially different from its description. In that case, contact us within 14 days: we'll fix it, or refund you in full if we can't. Full details in our Terms & Conditions.
Can I share the app with others?
Your purchase is licensed to you for personal or business use. Please don't resell, redistribute, or publicly share the files. See the Terms & Conditions for the full license.
What if the file doesn't work?
Contact us right away through the contact page or by replying to your order email. We'll help you get it running — and if we can't fix a genuine defect, you'll get a full refund.
Do you build custom apps?
Not at the moment. But if you have an idea for a product you'd like to see, tell us — customer suggestions shape our roadmap.
